Abstract
The diploma thesis deals with the design of a longitudinal dividing device, which divides an insulating strip with a width of 2000 mm into three strips, which by default have a pitch of 600 mm. The discs have a diameter of 700 mm with a material cross-section depth of 50 mm. The discs are moved mechanically using actuators. The introductory part of the thesis deals with the design of the drive and the subsequent transfer of revolutions to the saw blade. The second part is focused on checking the shaft, bearings and the saw blade mounting design. The mid-day step is to check the moving frame, guide and support frame using MKP and final assembly of the actuator on the moving frame and ensuring the movement
