Abstract

The thesis theme „Design of Communication Strategy for Private Health Care Facility“ is focused on the Prevence CZ s.r.o. company. The main aim was to create appropriate communication strategy for Prevence CZ. To find out the information, there were quantitave and qualitative marketing research methods used – concretly questionnaire survey, individual interview and Focus Group. Based on the results of marketing research there were proposed three communication strategies – for achal customers, potential customers and proposal of internal communication.
