Analýza a zhodnocení plnění výrobní kapacity montážní linky

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis and verification of the fulfillment of production capacity on the assembly line. First, BORCAD Medical a. s. is introduced here, as well as an assembly line for the installation of the AVE 2 birthing bed. Specifically, there are analyses and analyses of bottlenecks in the production and working procedures of bed assembly. Based on the data and requirements of the company, the assembly line was subsequently optimized. This consists in a complete reorganization of the line, the unclocking of the assembly into multiple sub-stations and the establishment of new assembly procedures. Finally, there is the application of pictures of the working day and a thorough analysis of the fulfillment of the newly set production capacity.
