Abstract

This thesis deals with the control of optimality of the current condition at the implementation of the winter maintenance in Olomouc region. The work can be divided into three consequential parts. The first part describes the legislative framework for the winter maintenance and general description of the current condition of the maintenance. The second part is devoted to finding an appropriate mathematical apparatus. The final part of the thesis is devoted to experiments carried out and thein evaluation
