Snižování spotřeby stlačeného vzduchu v pohonech

Abstract

This master´s thesis deals with money saving options in the operation of pneumatic systems. Pneumatic systems have found its usage in many applications. In fact they are irreplaceable in some industrial environments. The high cost of pressurized air leads to attempts to minimize its consumption as much as possible. In this thesis I discuss the theoretical mathematical relations to determine the air consumption of conventional pneumatic systems. Then I performed a research of individual energy saving options in systems with a double acting cylinder. Finally I acquired measurements for the considered saving options and compared them to reference data.
