Abstract

Jakub Měsíček Ph.D. The bachelor thesis deals with the methodology of creating a 3D model of the intake and exhaust ducts of an internal combustion engine head using reverse engineering methods. By using a combination of scans, an overall scan will be achieved that includes areas that could not be scanned without combining the individual scans. This complete scan will be corrected, cleaned of scan noise and then a mesh will be created using the VXelements software. From this solid, a volume solid will be created using Soliworks, which will be the output of this work.
