Optimalizace procesu výroby komutátorů

Abstract

Tématem této diplomové práce je optimalizace výrobního procesu v podniku CEBES a.s. Celá práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá obecnou tématikou optimalizace a jejími metodami uplatnění v průmyslovém podniku. V praktické části je rozebrána analýza současného stavu výroby komutátorů. V této analýze jsou specifikovány problémy a nedostatky procesu výroby. Na základě této analýzy jsou navrhnuta řešení těchto problémů za pomocí optimalizačních metod. Závěr shrnuje dosažené výsledky a konstatuje, zda cíle byly splněny.

The theme of this dissertation is the optimization of the production process in the company CEBES a.s. It is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical.The theoretical part focuses on general optimization and its methods to apply them in the production. In the practical part is analysed the current situation of the production process of the commutators. In this analysis are specified the main problems and deficiencies of the production process. On the basis of this analysis is suggested how to solve these problems with the help of the optimizations methods. The conclusion describes the achieved results and notes if the aims have been fulfilled.
