Zlámal Tomáš Ph.D. The Bachelor's thesis is focused on problematic of design and manufacture of the injection mold.The injection mold was design for a plastic part, which is part of a headlight from an unnamed car producer.The thesis consist of theoretical part, where dividing of polymers, theory of injection, description of injection cycle is described,analysis of individual parts of injection molds, function and possibilities of design solutions and summary of current technology of manufacturing of these molds are described.In practical part of the thesis is solved proposal of design of injection mold for plastic part, proposal of manufacture of selected shaped parts of the mold, simulation and tooling itself.
