Abstract
A company can function only when financial, human, information and material resources are successfully gathered, joined, put in motion and used. The approach to personal strategy is the core of the company´s strategy, because the employees are the crucial resource that the company has at its disposal. For a long lasting and successful company a personal policy that is well formulated, comprehensible to employees and having long - term stability, is crucial.
In the thesis the most important concepts of the researched area, as well as general characteristics of this field, are mentioned. Furthermore, a chosen company is introduced, its profile, its history, its main field of activity and other characteristics. The main part of the thesis is dedicated to the analysis of managing human resources in the chosen company. A questionnaire research done among employees of the chosen company, comparison of practical information with claims of the company itself is included.
