Vytvoření plánu preventivních prohlídek a predikce u vysokovýkonných strojů Mori Seiki NZX 2500/1000 a parametrické srovnání strojů s odlišným rokem výroby

Abstract

The diploma thesis is focused on tribotechnical diagnostics as a tool for creating of a plan of preventive inspection and prediction in the case of machining centres Mori Seiki NZX 2500/1000 in the company Česká Zbrojovka a.s. located in Uherský Brod. In the introduction we are informed about technical diagnostics of machining centres. In the next part problems of friction and wear are explained and the end of the theoretical part is related to the tribotechnical diagnostics. The practical part is focused on laboratory tests of taken samples and its evaluation. By conclusion, on the basis of results I have stated a comparison of the state of CNC machines and I have suggested a plan of preventive inspections.
