Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá provozem a údržbou laserových řezacích strojů ve firmě Kovovýroba Hoffmann. Úkolem je vyhodnotit stávající systém údržby laserových řezacích strojů a navrhnout možné změny pro řešení dané problematiky a zefektivnění výroby. Důkladně se seznámit s technologií řezání laserem a s vybraným laserovým řezacím strojem TRUMPF TLC 1005, sestavit popis jeho hlavních částí a údržbový plán se zaměřením na jeho problematické části. Sestavit seznam nejčastějších poruch a navrhnout jejich možné řešení.

Bachelor thesis deals with the operation and maintenance of laser cutting machines in the company Metal Hoffmann. The task is to assess the current maintenance system of laser cutting machines and to propose possible changes to address this issue and to streamline production. Thoroughly familiar with the technology of laser cutting and laser cutting machine selected TRUMPF TLC 1005, to compile a description of its main parts and maintenance plan, focusing on the problematic parts. Compile a list of the most common disorders and suggest possible solutions.
