Abstract
The bachelor thesis deals with the problems of measuring complex shapes, changing the methodology of solution, the capability of the product process C_pk for static evaluation of dimensions from SPC plastic parts. By statically validating the MSA capability of the proposed measurement methodology using a dial gauge, the gauge was determined to be ineligible. Subsequently, a new measurement methodology is proposed using the Wenzel LH87 3D Touch Measurement Center. In conclusion, the overall technical and economic evaluation is presented.
