Abstract

The bachelor thesis focuses on the lubrication of a rail conveyor. Specifically, its components that allow it to move, which is the linear guide and the gearing. It describes the use of rail conveyors, description of the occurrence of wear, their lubrication options and the use of technical diagnostics. During the research, it was found that the current state of lubrication of the gearing may be unsuitable,and therefore the lubricant used was subjected to tribodiagnostic tests and a check that the base oil of the lubricant used has the required viscosity value. Based on these findings, a new method of gear lubrication was proposed and recommendations for subsequent operation were made.
