Optimalizace svařování manganových příložek

Abstract

This Diploma Theses sis engaged in welding manganese steel with carbon steel a its optimization. This kind of heterogenous welded joint can be found in construction and maintenance of rail vehicles. There is particulary dealt with welded joint between manganese liner and holder it is welded with. In theoretical part is described function a possibilities of renovation of these parts, also there is proposed an alternative technique to repair this. For this alternatives are suggested various types of consumables a processes of welding. Suggested consumables are then checked by metallographic meanings and by hardness testing according HV10. Aim of this theses is to assess suggested materials and techniques.
