Abstract
This thesis is about implementation of the continuous improvement philosophy KAIZEN. It designed the process of implementation in the enterpriseand also solving current issues that complicate enterprise activity. Thesis include theoretical description of the methods and tools used in modern management such as 5S, JIT, Kanban, TQM or system of improvement proposals.
