Optimalizace pracovních podmínek a systém péče o zaměstnance

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to analyze and optimize working conditions and the employee care system in a selected company. It begins by explaining the theoretical foundations upon which the research is based. This is followed by an introduction to the company where the analysis was conducted. The third section presents an analysis of the current state of working conditions and the employee care system. The analysis is approached from three perspectives. The first provides a general overview of the company's motivation system. The second focuses on objective measurement methods designed to yield precise, quantifiable data about the working environment, such as lighting, temperature, and noise levels. The third examines subjective employee satisfaction, assessed through an anonymous questionnaire survey. Following the analysis, the results are evaluated to identify areas requiring improvement. The final part of the thesis proposes measures for optimizing these selected areas.
