Rozvoj systému měření výkonnosti procesů v malé výrobní organizaci

Abstract

The diploma work dealt with the topic “The Development of Processes Performance Measurement System at Small Productive Organisation”. The aim of this work was to analyze the current process performance measurement system and to suggest new methods for measurement under the conditions at the company D.M.F. a.s., which belongs to the category of small companies. The theoretical part is devoted to defining small and medium-sized enterprises and to become acquainted with their problems concerning solving field followed by observations in the area of quality management system and process performance measurement. Firstly the current status is analyzed, subsequently suggestions of new methods for process performance measurement are dealt with as well as suggesting new indicators of process performance in the practical part.
