Abstract

The master thesis is focused on measurement and evaluation of the accuracy of CNC machine tool using the measuring system Ballbar QC20-W. The thesis presents an analysis of the accuracy of CNC machine tools, the effects of their inaccuracies and methods of measuring the accuracy of machine tools. Furthermore, the work deals with the issue of measuring circular interpolation in habits to the standard ISO 230-4: 2005 and describes the measuring system Ballbar QC20-W. Another part of the work gives a description and analysis of the measured machine, a description of the preparatory machines, the measuring system Ballbar and the measuring environment. Next, the methodology of selection of measurement points and planes, the measurement procedure, and the subsequent method of processing the measured data are presented. In the next part of the work, the data are analyzed and the influence of measured errors on the positioning accuracy of machines is described. Furthermore, the development of measured faulty machines depending on the combination of measurements is compared. In the last part of the work, the comparison and evaluation of measured errors is supplemented with recommendations, to reduce the measured errors and increase the overall accuracy of the machines.
