Konstrukční návrh robota pro svařování metodou MIG/MAG

Abstract

This master thesis is devoted to mechanism design of welding robot that is using MIG/MAG welding methods in the KOVOX, spol. s r. o. (company). Introducing part of this thesis is concerning with the current technology of welding frame constructions in this company. I have dedicated the first part to the problematic of robotic welding using methods MIG/MAG. Second part is comparing possible solutions and evaluation of the best solution for this application, the mechanism is then designed according to the conclusion based on this evaluation. This part also contains designs of the key components and deals with analytical calculations.
