Analýza spotřebitelského chování v second handu

Abstract

The diploma thesis was about the analysis of consumer behavior in a selected second hand shop on the example of Megasekač Ostrava. The purpose of this work was to analyze the behavior of consumers in second hand stores in order to identify factors that influence their perception of the brand and improve the image of "Megasekach". To achieve this goal were analyzed used data obtained through a questionnaire and theoretical approaches related to this topic. Based on the analysis, proposals and recommendations were given to improve the image and attract more customers.
