Návrh metodiky testování turbodmychadel zážehových motorů

Abstract

Thesis is dealing with methods creating maps of electronic control unit of turbocharged gasoline engine. The introduction are explained basics of control turbocharged gasoline engines with references to control software which is used to testing. On the basis of test requests approaches the Metod of creating control circuits electronic control unit. This Metod must be strictly accomplished. Otherwise will not be engine work properly and test request will not be satisfied. The designed Metod is verified for several tests at the test cells. There are 3D maps of some electronic control unit subsystems in the supplement of bachelor’s thesis. The 3D maps showed solution of mapping.
