Abstract
The bachelor thesis deals with the design of a test device for testing accelerator pedals. The introduction determines the objectives of the thesis and describes the design process of accelerator pedals. At the beginning, the thesis describes the general process of testing the accelerator pedals, from which the requirements sheet for the device is determined. The next part sets out the requirements for the automatic test equipment. After that, the research section is introduced with the linear actuators, ball screws, pneumatic cylinders, electric motors used in linear actuators and the necessary components for assembling a pneumatic circuit. Three variants of the device with a description are covered in the thesis. Each variant is described in detail and verified by control calculations for a linear actuator. One of the three variants is selected by the price calculation and the number of parts used. Then an electrical diagram of the connection of electric motor and load cell to the control cards are created. At the end of this thesis, the final variant of the device is processed into detailed 3D model documentation and 2D drawing documentation.
