Studium odporového svařování řetězu třídy jakosti 10

Abstract

The theme of this work is to study the resistance welding chain strenght class 10. The objective is to propose parameters of resistance welding and heat treatment, which lead to the fulfillment of requirements specified in the norm PN 46-04 and prescription PAS 1061. The theoretical part describes the production of high-strength chains and their heat treatment by induction heating. Also is described norm PN 46-04, prescription PAS 1061 and the composition of steel 23MnNiMoCr5-4. The samples welded chains were examined mechanical properties. The results of individual tests are evaluated and their conclusions were selected the most suitable parameters of the production chains strenght class 10.
