Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the design of the hydraulic lock molds for automotive equipment. At the beginning of the thesis the theory of car accessories production is processed. This section contains a brief history of cars, materials for the interior of the vehicle and the processing of plastics. The practical part contains three conceptual designs for the solution of mold locks. According to the assignment the drive kinematics is solved. Based on the analysis of the lock and unlocking, the hydraulic accumulator is calculated and other necessary technical calculations are made. Depending on the calculation and specification, the functional diagram of the hydraulic circuit is processed. At the end of the thesis is the design of the hydraulic aggregate. The last point of the work is the operating and maintenance instructions for the device. In the attachment are the element specifications, the functional scheme, production documentation of the tank, the cleaning cap and the hydraulic unit cover.
