Ověření technických parametrů energeticky účinných ložisek

Abstract

The thesis deals with the verification of the technical parameters of energy-efficient bearings. These parameters was verified in cooperation with Siemens s.r.o. in electromotor type test. The introduction of the work is dedicated to the theoretical description of the bearings and electromotor. The following section presents characterization and description of bearings, which are currently installed in electromotor. In further part, the work provides technical solution, that is the energy-efficient bearings. It describes and characterizes their properties. The work includes a comparsion of both bearings, which are declared by the manufacturer. Practical verification was carried out at electromotor type test in the factory Electromotors Frenštát. In type test, we performed measurements of vibration, noise, temperature rise and characteristics at no load. In conclusion work summarizes the acquired knowledge from the measurements and evaluates the energy efficiency of the bearings.
