Abstract

This thesis focuses on the process of recruitment and selection employees. The first part focuses on the description of the findings from the professional literature. They are defined concepts, methods and procedures of the issue. The practical part describes the chosen company and describes the process of recruitment and selection of employees, which is implemented in selected company. Subsequently, a a questionnaire survey was conducted. Conclusion of this section contains suggestions and recommendations, which should improve the current process.
