Abstract

This thesis deals with the creation of Talent Management System Concept in Huisman Construction Ltd. Company. The first theoretical part explains basic terms related to the Talent Management and also defines individual processes of this issue. Focus particularly targets to proces of identifying talent, its development and subsequent remain in the company. The second - practical part is related to system creation of the identification of the talent target group and competency model for a specific position. Components of this part is also proposals how to work with talents further in the future, as well as how to developand keep the whole system sustainable.
