Abstract

This thesis describes the design of the screw conveyor for transporting coal into the boiler. Introduction is focused on getting acquainted with fossil fuels fired boilers - primarily coal. Another part is the recherche of a screw conveyor and search of a boiler using fossil fuels. Following dedicated to calculations of a screw, design of a bin. At the final part I describe security features. Thesis also includes drawings - the plan of equipment, assembly screw with a burner assembly, assembly of bin and the manufacturing drawing screw.
