This bachelor's thesis is focused on the designing of modernization two lever valve. It uses as a closing armature in pipeline the wind heater of the blast furnace. Introductory part deals kind of armatures are used in metallurgical Industry. Next part discribes a double flap valve. There are their strengths and their weak points and illustration movement of the disc. The second part contain calculating geometry of movement of the disk, calculating torque, which is needed to open a flap by selecting the hydraulic cylinder as propulsion. It continue with a strength calculating of valve body, disk and shaft. The end of my bachelor's thesis describes control shaft connection with using keys. The last part talking about determination of manufacturing tolerance of bearing ring.
