Návrh tlumiče výfuku pro závodní vozidlo

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem tlumiče výfuku pro závodní vozidlo Formula Student, a to na základě reálného zadání konstrukčního týmu Formula TU Ostrava. Cílem práce je navrhnout tlumič výfuku, který svými vlastnostmi splní pravidla závodů FSG 2026, zejména stanovené hlukové limity, odstraní nedostatky předchozích konstrukcí, a současně bude v maximální míře splňovat i týmové požadavky. V rámci návrhu tlumiče výfuku je kladen důraz na minimalizaci tlakové ztráty výfukového systém, a to s ohledem na omezený zástavbový prostor a také s ohledem na celkovou proveditelnost v rámci soutěže. Součástí práce je vytvoření výrobní výkresové dokumentace a cenová kalkulace. V rámci návrhu tlumiče výfuku je navrženo i uchycení tlumiče výfuku k rámu vozu.

This Masterˈs thesis focused on the design of exhaust silencer for a Formula Student racing vehicle, based on the specific requirements of the Formula TU Ostrava racing team. The primary objective is to design a silencer that complies with the FSG 2026 competition regulations, particularly the established noise limits, while addressing the shortcomings of previous designs and fulfilling team-specific criteria. During the design process, emphasis is placed on minimizing exhaust system backpressure, considering the limited installation space and overall feasibility within the competition framework. The thesis includes the creation of manufacturing technical drawings and cost analysis. Additionally, the design of the silencerˈs mounting system to the vehicle frame ai also presented.
