Abstract

KRKOŠKA, T. Diagnostic and controlling system of a compressor station: Diploma Thesis. This diploma thesis deals with the application of multi-parametric diagnosis in screw and laminated compressors of Bochemie a. s. company. The introductory theoretical part is devoted to the issues of compressor stations, working principles of compressors and the current technical condition of mechanical devices. In the practical part, we gauged the efficient values of vibrations and frequency spectra of the selected points of compressors. The samples of oil which were evaluated in a laboratory were taken in order to determine the chemical characteristics of grease. The last gauging was performed by thermal camera, which provided us with complete thermal images of the devices. The next task involved the efficiency increase of the compressed air production monitored by the ratio of electric energy consumption to the amount of produced air. The aim of the diploma thesis was to discover the behaviour of machines on the basis of specified methods of non-dismantling diagnosis and the reduction of maintenance costs.
