Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with project management methods in aircraft maintenance. The work analyzes the aircraft maintenance data, which are related to the findings of faults and their repairs. Critical activities are evaluated from the point of view of project delay time. The main focus is to make part of the unplanned repairs more efficient using project management methods. This is achieved by shifting the maintenance schedule. And evaluated the results achieved.
