Abstract
This Work is engaged in the elaboration of the project and design solution of the push-out traverse for manipulation with a bunch of rods, their length being 3, 4, …. And 14[ m]. and of a max weight of 10,000 kilograms.
In the Works introduction is described the fine profile rolling-mill and its reconstruction. The result of the rolling-mill reconstruction was to increase the products portfolio and also to increase the rolling-mill performance.
Thus arised the problem of manipulation with a larger number of rods bunches of a bigger length scatter. Based on the operation requirement it was worked-out the project and design proposal of the push-out traverse of a maximum load capacity 10,000 kilograms [10 MT] enableing the application of a classic binding chain or of a electromagnet.
