Vibrační diagnostika šroubových kompresorů

Abstract

This thesis addresses the issue of vibration screw compressor Sierra CD 26 EB6 300kW, which was recently put into production. The vibration diagnostics can determine the status of the compressor parts (bearings, gears, screws compressor) and thus provide new operating condition of the compressor. In the first part of the thesis deals with compressors and their individual design solutions to their practical use.In the next section, we are dealing with screw air compressor Ingersoll Rand's construction and the operating principle of its function and subsequent use in service. The last part deals with the determination of measuring points on the screw compressor Ingersoll Rand, then measure the data unit Leonova Infinity and A4400 VA4Pro store, evaluate and then compare the measured lot. From the measured values then draw conclusions whether the compressor meets the requirements of the company or not.
