Abstract

This master thesis deals with aircraft handling process at the apron of the airport and creating supporting decision tool for planning of opted aircraft type with the possibility of staff savings. The reason is for example providing of effective handling process in the case of outage of the worker participating at handling process. Thesis consist of characteristic of aircraft handling process and its staff requirements, the flow chart of aircraft handling process in conditions provided by Ostrava Airport and mathematical model which secure staff requirements of handling process. The mathematical model is then applied and results are discussed.
