Strategická analýza podniku v oboru dopravy a skladování

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je strategická analýza podniku ČSAD Havířov a. s. pomocí nástrojů, které strategická analýza využívá. Teoretická část zahrnuje objasnění pojmů, jež se strategickou analýzou úzce souvisí, a popisu nástrojů využívaných ve strategické analýze. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu vnějších a vnitřních faktorů ovlivňující podnik. V této části práce byla použita PEST analýza, pomocí které byl proveden rozbor vnějšího okolí podniku. Dále byla v práci použita Porterova analýza, jež slouží k popisu konkurenční pozice podniku. Podle výsledků analýz má společnost ČSAD Havířov a. s. velmi dobré postavení na trhu v oboru dopravy a skladování. V závěrečné části práce jsou uvedeny návrhy a doporučení, které by podnik měly vést ke zlepšení jeho současného stavu.

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to carry out a strategic analysis of the enterprise ČSAD Havířov a. s. using strategic analysis tools. The theoretical part includes the explanation of terms and the description of tools, both related to the methods of the strategic analysis. The practical part of the theses tries to analyse the external and internal factors influencing the enterprise. In this part of the thesis the PEST analysis is used, which helps to understand the external environment of the enterprise. Furthermore the thesis makes profit of the Porter analysis, which serves to estimate the competitiveness of the enterprise. The analysis concludes that the company ČSAD Havířov a. s. has a very good market position in the field of transportation and storage. In the final part of the thesis suggestions and recommendations are presented which should lead to an improvement of the current state of the enterprise.
