Optimalizace výrobní linky ultrazvukového senzoru

Abstract

This Bachelor Thesis deals with the optimization of the production line of the ultrasonic sensor at Continental Automotive Czech Republic s.r.o., Frenštát pod Radhoštěm plant. In the theoretical part the thesis deals with the characteristics of line production, technical preparation of production and optimization design process. The practical part introduces Continental and the ultrasonic sensor. It is followed by a description of the individual production operations and an analysis of the production process with a focus on spatial and organizational arrangements. Based on this analysis key issues are identified; the automation design part of the manufacturing process is developed and a calculation of return on investment is included.
