Provedení analýzy komunikačních kanálů generace Y a Z

Abstract

Obsahem této diplomové práce je analýza komunikačních kanálů generace Y a Z. Prostřednictvím analýzy byly zjišťovány rozdílnosti a preference ve využívání komunikačních kanálů dvou na sebe navazujících generací. Výzkum byl prováděn pomocí kvantitativní metody dotazování a výsledky byly podrobeny testování závislosti. Pro účely výzkumu byly stanoveny hypotézy, které byly potvrzeny či zamítnuty. Na základě zjištěných informací byly v závěru práce uvedeny návrhy a doporučení, kterými komunikačními kanály mohou společnosti generace Y a Z oslovit a úspěšně s nimi komunikovat.

The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the communication channels of Generation Y and Generation Z. The differences and preferences in the use of communication channels of two successive generations were determined through the analysis. The research was carried out using a quantitative method of inquiry and the results were subjected to testing independence. Hypotheses were established for the purpose of research and then were confirmed or rejected. Based on the acquired information, suggestions and recommendations of which communication channels Generation Y and Generation Z can use to address community and successfully communicate with, were introduced in the conclusion of this thesis.
