Úprava vrat skladovací věže

Abstract

Obsahem práce je modifikace a kontrola již existujícího zařízení. Jedná se o automatické vrata poháněné elektromotorem, které jsou součástí skladovacího zařízení SSI LOGIMAT firmy SSI Schäfer. V úvodu je popis obdobných vertikálních skladovacích systémů s vraty nabízených na trhu. Dále popis komponent a funkcí stávajícího systému vrat, včetně požadovaných změn. V další kapitole jsou řešeny konkrétní konstrukční úpravy jednotlivých komponent. Je provedena kontrola kritických součástí a pohonu. Následně je zhodnocena zkouška funkčnosti upraveného systému na stroji v reálných podmínkách.

The scope of work is modification and inspection of existing equipment. It is an automatic gate driven by an electric motor, which is part of the SSI LOGIMAT storage system from SSI Schäfer. In the introduction there is a description of similar vertical storage systems with gates offered on the market. Then follows a description of the components and functions of the existing door system, including the required changes. In the next chapter, specific design modifications to the individual components are described. An inspection of critical components and the operator is performed. Subsequently, a functional test of the modified system on a machine under realistic conditions is evaluated.
