Eliminace deformací feritových jader při sintrovacím procesu

Thesis head: Hrubý, J. The bachelor thesis deals with the problem of deformation of ferrite cores during the sintering process. The theoretical part is focused on description of individual steps of production. Each of these steps can affect the resulting deformation. A description of the physical processes that can have a negative effect on the final product quality is described in each step. The practical part of the thesis is devoted to the analysis of possible root causes of deformation of specified types of nuclei using the tool DOE design of experiment. Analyses of measured data and their evaluation are done using Minitab.
