Frézování nástrojové oceli s HFC nástroji

Abstract

The diploma thesis deal with questions of high feed milling of tool steel with HFC cutting tools. In the theoretical part are inclusive main aspects of high feed milling, design and geometry of tools and wear’s parameters of cutting tool. Experimental part is dedicated of description of used machine tools, cutting tools, machining materials and cutting conditions. Next part is focused on cutting tests for durability of cutting tools. The last part is dedicated on evaluation of cutting tests. At the end of the diploma thesis are summarized all achieved results and knowledge of experimental of cutting tests by milling of tool steel.
