Abstract

This bachelor´s thesis describes issue of administrative and market immovable property valuation in the Czech Republic. The aim of this thesis is the application of various valuation approaches and methods on selected set of property, their evaluation and recommendation of the most appropriate method for valuation of particular type of property. First of all, it is necessary to clarify the valuation methodology in theoretical part for achieving this aim. In practical part there is a specification of selected set of property, which is evaluated under administrative assessment mode by comparative approach and under market mode by comparative and income approach. In a subsequent part, final valuation values are analyzed and evaluated.
