Stínování manažera

Abstract

V mé diplomové práci jsem se zaměřila na problematiku stínování manažera na nejnižší úrovni řízení. Danou problematiku a základní teorii a fakta jsem popsala v prvních dvou částech práce. Dále jsem se věnovala charakteristice vybrané společnosti Telefónica O2 Czech republic a.s. a prostředí, kde jsem aplikovala praktickou část mé práce. Následně jsem formou časového snímku pracovního dne zjistila průběh tohoto dne stínovaného manažera a získané informace zpracovala. Dále jsem je přehledně rozdělila a analyzovala dle jejich druhu a typu. V rámci praktické části byla také navržena opatření a doporučení k napravení odhalených nedostatků. Poznatky zjištěné v průběhu práce jsem nakonec shrnula a vyhodnotila celkový přínos práce manažera pro danou společnost.

In this thesis I focused on the topic of first level manager shadowing. This subject and its fundamental theory are defined in the first two parts of the thesis. Another aim is to describe the company Telefónica O2 Czech republic a.s. and the environment where the practical part of the thesis was undertaken. Chronological snapshots of the working day are used to describe a day's routine for the shadowed manager. Information is processed, sorted and analysed according to its type. The practical part concludes with details of potential improvement areas and proposes remedial measures and recommendations. Finally, the findings of the thesis are summarised and the overall contribution of the manager's work for the company is evaluated.
