Zpracování strategické analýzy společnosti působící v zemědělství

Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je strategická analýza vybrané společnosti, která se zaměřuje na silniční nákladní dopravu, těžbu a manipulaci dříví. Práce je rozvržena na dvě části, a to na část teoretickou a praktickou, obsahuje pět kapitol včetně úvodu a závěru. V druhé kapitole jsou popsána teoretická východiska strategické analýzy. Nejprve je vysvětleno, co to strategická analýza je a poté jsou představeny metody. Jedná se o analýzu makrookolí, kde je popisována metoda PESTE a analýza mikrookolí, ve které je definován Porterův model pěti sil. Dále je ve vnitřní analýze, popsána analýza interních faktorů a finanční analýza a její ukazatelé. V další kapitole je představena společnost. V praktické části jsou aplikovány metody, které jsou definovány v teoretické části práce. Je provedena analýza mikrookolí, makrookolí a interní analýza. V analýzách metod jsou používány informace a data za roky 2014 až 2016. Nakonec je zhodnocení podniku SWOT analýzou, na základě získaných výsledků z aplikovaných metod a je navrhnuta strategie pro společnost.

The thesis deals with strategic analysis of a selected company which focuses on road freight transportation, timber harvest and log handling. The thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical and practical part, and contains of 5 chapters, including the introduction and the conclusion. The second chapter describes the theoretical background of strategic analysis. Firstly, it is explained what strategic analysis is and then the methods are introduced. These are the macro environmental analysis, where the PESTE method is described, and the micro environmental analysis, where the Porter´s five forces model is defined. Furthermore, in the internal analysis, the analysis of internal factors is described as well as the financial analysis and its indicators.The following chapter describes the selected company. The practical part uses the methods defined in the theoretical part. The micro environment analysis, the macro environment analysis and the internal analysis are carried out. The method analysis uses the information and data from 2014 to 2016. Finally, the selected company is evaluated by SWOT analysis and based on the obtained results from the methods applied a strategy for the selected company is suggested.
