Abstract
This Diploma thesis is focused on the verification of properties of steel welded joints P91 and 15128 after extended high temperature exposure used for repairs and power plants reconstruction.
Ferstly the properties of heat resistant steels, weldability analysis of homogeneous and heterogeneous welded joints are described. Following are descriptions of mechanism of strengthening, mechanisms of degradation and past weld heat treatment of constructions.
In an experimental part the main task is to verify the properties of homogeneous and heterogeneous welded samples of P91 and 15128 steel. Hardness tests, macrostructure, microstructure tests and tensile test were done on these samples.
At the end there are the evaluation of results of mechanical tests and microstructual analysis of these welding joints.
