Klimek, Michal. Mold tool life and thin cross section investigation.
Bachelor thesis first part - design of the plastic part with the safety tool design rules used. There are inserts chosen, not to avoid thin cross section in the mold tool. There will be inputs for mold tool design (pressure, temperature, clamp force, sliders, etc...) as result of this chapter.
Design of the mold tool for existing mold machine is second chapter of the bachelor thesis. There will be usual material used. There will be insert of the thin cross section investigation. Result of this chapter should be shown critical places in tool, and toll machine with injection system confirmation. Last one chapter will be calculations and looking for tool life cycles increasing.
