Návrh kontrolního seznamu otázek pro realizaci interních auditů na VŠB-TU Ostrava.

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis from the area of Quality Management is a proposal of standard check-list, a control list for realization internal audits in VŠB-TU Ostrava. The theoretical part is initiated by issue of quality managemet system, the historical development and the definition and meaning of quality. In the next section are also provided basic definitions of quality management, the importance of quality management system and major concepts of quality management. Another chapter is auditing quality management system, where are also given basic definitions from auditing area and the differences between external and internal audits. In the subsection internal audit are explained the aims and objectives of the internal audit program, implementation process and the importance of check-list. In the next chapter is brief introduction of the VŠB-TU Ostrava, there are also elucidated quality management system at VŠB-TU Ostrava and explained auditing process. Finally the proposal of check-list for internal auditing at VŠB-TU Ostrava is described.
