Jiří Fries, Ph.D The diploma thesis deals with the design of the mechanical part of the sheet metal stacker. The sheets are placed in separate drawers, inserted in the respective floor, which are ejected out with assistance of pull-out mechanism and then driven by the elevator drive into the basic handling position. The work contains a wish list, a morphological matrix, proposed concepts and basic structures. The calculation part includes design calculations for the drive, chain and supporting bearings. Also there is included a control canculation, which is the part that controls the choice of motor, chain, gearbox and rear bearings. Finally, the technical description of the equipment and a design solution is presented and documented in the attachment of the diploma thesis.
