Racionalizace obrábění zadního dílu nátoku papírenského stroje

Abstract

The thesis is concerned with the production of backside stock of paper machine intel. Production of the stock itself is realized in company Papcel, a. s. Litovel. Technologies, which are applicable in the production of the component part, are defined in the introduction. Current process of the production of the component part with problems, which occur with the production, is described below. On account of the findings is suggested a new procedure of the production of backside stock of paper machine intel, which aims to overall effectiveness of the production, both as for the financial aspect and time saving. Comparison of both production procedures and evaluation of results are performed in the conclusion. Production procedure and graphical documentation, necessary for production of the given component part, are presented in the supplement.
