Abstract
In my Bacelor's there is research focused on question on customers satisfation. Bacelor's is divided into five parts. The first of all I consider a characteristics of chosen company McDonald´s. The following part is theoretical, where I describe definitions like services or customer contains in marketing enviropment. After that, there is a practical part with concrete marketing research. The first of all there is described process of marketing research and then the concrete realization was made. The questionnaire research found factors which established customers satisfaction of the company. Retrieved datas are elaborated and put forward at the end of the Bacelors's with some recommendations
